Savory and delicious sundried tomato pate gives a tangy, creamy dip for Krackers or veggies. The key to making this dish the most delicious pate you’ve ever experienced is checking frequently to make sure the consistency isn’t too chunky and add enough lemon juice to give it that kick to go with the krunch!
- Serves: 8
- Complexity: easy
- 1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds soaked overnight, rinse and drain sunflower seeds well, then follow rest of directions
- 1/3 Cup Sundried Tomatoes (soaked 30 min)
- 1/2 Lg Carrot
- 1/4 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbs Water
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- Process everything in a food processor to a nice creaming consistency. Adjust seasoning as needed.
